❖ Propose cost saving initiatives with project deliverables, timelines and resource (OPEX projects)
1. 6 Head Filler Performance:
● Created template to graphically represent
real-time data from SCADA
● Performance analysis, efficiency calculations
and downtime monitoring.
● DMAIC approach to reduce downtime by 25%
in 3 months.
2. Water consumption and savings
● Leak detection tests throughout the plant
● Initiated to fix flow meters in each area and
calibrated them to quantify water usage.
● Mass balance calculations of water using
flowmeter data
● Reverse Osmosis plant pressure control by
controlling pump speed
● Assist in water and energy audits
3. Pasteurization Loss Elimination:
● Reduced the average volume lost due to
pasteurization by 2% on all batch sizes
