2. Current ProcessChallenges
• Different places to enter Lead, Service Request and resource tagging.
• Due to above process it delay the PAC approval process and hence delay in
response to customer
• If an opportunity need to be drop, it is done at Service request and not at
opportunity level.
• Apply PAC process is happening in two ways, First is sales person send leads
for Apply PAC or if the Bid manager enters a document for Service request
it goes for Apply PAC . lost. This process is not available in Odoo.
• Competitor Master creation when a Lead/Opportunity is lost. This process
is not available in Odoo.
