Key Responsibilities :
To account all the Fixed Assets (book, depreciation, disposal) & Prepayments and reconcile with
Country Accounting team (BP) as monthly basis & update the schedules.
Prepare & send monthly Revenue report to Area Office by reviewing & reconciling between SUN & IBS
with necessary adjustment journal posting (if required) approved from BP.
Manage all fund transfers [DE (MY), DPAG, others] in GL / IHB & IC invoices as recharge from country
send to counter parts on time with breakdown.
Ensure all IC transactions (AR & AP) are recorded through GL & reconciled through ICRS & CREST in
every month & within framework as agreed by all participating countries of the region/Global.
Maintaining monthly issuing MAA (CAL, HUB & RNW, others) through CREST to counter parts & also
approving MAA for DJONXX from counter parts.
Ensure all transactions (recharge, provision, operating expenses etc) are recorded properly in GL in
accordance with the definition set by DPDHL Accounting Manual and IFRS from PtP, RtR & BP.
2. Upload & validate monthly financial data from GL to CREST and review the final results by blocking
CL, AL & CA data before deadline in every month.
Internal Reporting :
Manage Balance Sheet accounts and ensure that these are reconciled against GL balances
immediately after month-end closing (i.e. FA register, prepayments, bank recon, EXB recon, provision
and accruals accounts, etc).
To ensure preparation and distribution of required financial reports including SRP & Management
information in a timely manner. Ensure that group and area reporting deadlines are consistently met.
Audit & others
In terms of any internal & external audit purpose, prepare & provide information as per requirement
from BP as well as to the auditor directly & make sure all the information / query from BP & other
entities responded on time.
Ensuring books of accounts are maintained accurately in accordance with DPDHL Accounting Policies
& International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) & the periodic reports are completed in
accordance with reporting deadlines set by Global DPDHL.
Manage all KPI for IC Recon, Bank Recon & EXB Recon as per regional timeline by follow-up &
monitoring as regular basis.
