2. Purpose
This document is designed to provide a user guide for the use of the
StratexQuery and StratexView functionality to develop customised
dashboards within the StratexPoint solution.
This guide is designed for analysts with an understanding of StratexPoint data
relationships and an understanding of / experience using data query tools and
SharePoint webparts.
3. StratexQuery & StratexView
Summary of this functionality
The StratexQuery functionality enables skilled end-users to create their own
custom queries to extract data from StratexPoint. These queries can extract
data from multiple lists and join, filter and group the data.
The StratexView is a webpart which is used to display the data from the
StratexQuery on a webpage. The StratexView works within the Stratex Top
Menu which can pass parameters (Entity, RACI and Me) to the StratexView.
