Process:Toast making Volume: 2
Step # Work Steps Keypoints Wait Time Man Time Machine Walk time
1 Receive Order Quantity and Type of Bread 5
2 Take bread from stack Make sure you pick the right knife 8
3 Put bread in toaster 1
4 Set the toaster to 2.5 make sure setting is at 2.5 level 2
5 Walk to storage unit 2
6 Take plate and knife 4
7 Walk back to toaster Select the right butter knife 3
8 place knife and plate on counter tip 1
9 Walk to Refridgerator & open door 3
10 Remove butter 2
11 Walk back with butter 2
12 Place butter on counter top refer the timinig in stopwatch 1
13 Clean the countertop safety (too hot) 50
14 Wait for toast to get done 32
15 Remove toast from toaster apply evenly with knife 4
16 Place toast on plate make sure toast can be cut and not crumped 1
17 Take knife to butter 4
18 Take knife to bread 2
19 Apply butter 19
20 deliver to customer 3
