M/s Balaji Plastic proposes to establish a PVC granules manufacturing unit with a production capacity of 5 tons per month in Delhi, India. The total capital investment for the project will be Rs. 398,900. The raw materials needed are PVC sole/scrap and waste at 5 tons per month. The manufacturing process involves cutting, mixing, extruding, and cooling the raw materials to produce plastic dana granules, which will then be packed and dispatched. Water consumption will be 300 liters per day, with 200 liters used for cooling recycled on site and 60 liters for domestic use discharged to sewers. There will be no process waste water and air pollution control equipment will be installed.
