▪ Do I have to submit answers to the Self Study Activities? No. They are for self
study purposes only.
▪ When is the exam? Once you are done with the entire syllabus, you will find a
week named as “Exams and Project” You can complete the exam following the
given guidelines.
▪ How soon should I complete the program? You will get a maximum of one year
period of time to complete the program
▪ Do I have to do an assignment to complete this program? Yes. There is a final
project.
▪ How do I submit the assignment? Students have been given the option to
submit the assignment to the portal itself. Refer the Supportive documents for
further information.
▪ Where can I get more information? Contact the relevant branch coordinator or

▪ Whom should I contact in case of a technical error? Please contact
Esoft IT support via 0117677855.
▪ The progress bar is not changing. Will it be an issue? Sometimes the
progress will not show the completed percentage of the module. But
that is okay as long as you fulfil the requirements such as referring to
the noted and watching videos.
▪ What is the mode of exams and the duration? There will be an online
exam which consists of 60 MCQs that has to be answered within 1.5
hours of time.
▪ How do I successfully complete the program? You have to complete
both your exam and the project with the expected score level.
▪ What are the PASS marks? For the project, you need to score 30 out of
50 and for the exam you need to score 40 out of 100.

▪ What if I forget the password to my account? Like any
other accounts, you can always reset your password.
▪ Can I complete the program before 8 months by doing
the project and the exam? Yes. However you can only
obtain your certificate and the transcript only after you
pass the 7 months timeline.
▪ Do I have to go visit a company to do the assignment /
project? It is not mandatory to visit a company when
completing your final project.
▪ If I fail the first attempt of the exam, can I do it again?
Yes. Students are eligible for two attempts in total for the
final exam.
