SARS-CoV-2 management at primary health care level focuses on analyzing past coronavirus outbreaks like SARS and MERS to understand virus behavior and spread. SARS originated in China in 2002 and had a 10% mortality rate, spreading to over 30 countries. It is transmitted from bats to humans via civet cats. The protocol divides management in Colombia into home care using cough syrup, vaporization with Moringa oleifera, and liquor with lemon, garlic and onion juice to improve ventilation in patients with low oxygen saturation. ABSTRACT
SARS-CoV and MERS-CoV were the cause of two major outbreaks in the past two decades
in Southeast Asia and the Middle East. We can analyze these past epidemics to understand
how other coronaviruses behaved and how we manage their spread.
SARS-CoV was first identified in China's Guangdong province in 2002 and spread to more
than 30 countries. In the 2002/2003 outbreak, SARS-CoV had a mortality rate of around
10%. The intermediate source was civet cats sold in a live meat market, which had been
infected by horseshoe bats that acted as reservoirs for SARS-CoV (Tessini 2018, Luk et al
2019).
Our work is part of the permanent investigation of medicinal plants of indigenous peoples.
We have detected 14 biomolecules for human pathologies, including a species-specific work
against viruses that is in process.
We have divided the protocol into management in Colombia, for obvious reasons. Culturally,
we are diagnosed with a STONE SYNDROME AND POISONING. Therefore, it is the use of
hard liquor, with a high content of vitamin C (juice of 15 to 20 lemons). To later use bitter
plants such as Moringa oleifera (matarraton).
And then a management protocol with essential oils at therapeutic concentrations; that is,
we use pure, whole and undiluted oils.

This last protocol must be handled by trained personnel.
The results are that the patients cared for at home level respond well to the management of
the cough syrup protocol, constant vaporizations with Moringa oleifera and the use of liquor
with lemon juice, garlic and onion juice works and improves ventilatory function in patients
with saturation below 80.
