Mr. Celis is a practicing Architect, having more than 18 years of professional experience on large
scale commercial, industrial and public sector projects both locally and overseas. He is basically
focused on the conceptual design study, basic and detailed design, design development
/coordination and in construction management/supervision.
As Architect, he has extensive experience in the preparation, supervision and production of
detailed construction drawings.
Primarily, he has been involved in the development of feasibility studies both in the conceptual and
master planning stages and in the preparation of detailed engineering designs and drawings for
various airport related projects both locally and overseas. In line with this, he was a member of the
Quality Assurance Inspection team for the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 Project.
It is to be noted that as part of his airport project experiences, he was assigned as an architectural
