We begin every project by making sure that we have an in-depth
understanding of the commercial objectives of the business and

• Meet with the other consultants to understand the technical and
architectural status
• Visit the site and carry out extensive research, gauging the
competition and identifying what the local area lacks
• Prepare presentations covering all major areas to establish
design direction and agree concepts
• Develop design concepts to fully detailed technical

29. Eugenia Rolando Senior Designer
Eugenia is a passionate, award winning designer with over 13
years experience working across Europe and South America. After
studying Architecture in Argentina, she went on to study at the
prestigious ‘Universidad Politecnica de Catalunya’ in Barcelona.
