Our chat app solution has been designed to provide customizable messaging
platform for a variety of use cases like:

Hola’s design is inspired by the UI features of top messaging platforms like the
WhatsApp, WeChat, Telegram, Line, etc.

4. REGISTRATION & PROFILE SETUP
User Onboarding
Hola, our chat software allow simple registration method to users, i.e. through mobile
number.
The user enters mobile number and receives a 4 digit verification code. Users are now
successfully registered on their Hola accounts and are free to chat with their contacts.
We aim at offering a hassle free registration experience.

5. Phone Contacts Sync
Upon registration, all of the phone contacts are synced on the server. Server backend
identifies which of the user’s phone contacts are already on the app.
The contacts are synced in real time and if you add a contact later, our chat platform UI
automatically updates this new contact in the contacts page of the app.

6. User Profile
Status Update: Users can update their statuses in real time on Hola,
they can choose from default statuses or can set custom status
updates.
Profile Picture & Name: User can also update their user name and
profile picture.

7. Chat Backup/Delivery status
Backup: All the chat history on the app, is backed up on server’s database. This data
can be restored using the server API even if you change the device. Users can also
disable this backup feature.
Delivery Status: Allows users to check the delivery status of the message sent.
Whether its sent, delivered or read by the other person .
CHAT FEATURES

8. Forward & Reply/Online-Offline
Forward & Reply: Users can select and forward any message to their contacts on the Hola
app. Hola allows replying to a particular selected message by tagging the original
message. This helps users to identify what reply is for which message.
Online/Offline/Last Seen: Users can see online & offline statuses of their contacts on
the app. They can also see last time the person was online on the app.

9. Create: Start a secret chat with any of the contacts, you can open the secret chat by
accessing the secret chat option under contacts
Destruct : You can set a time duration for the chat, after which the chat will be
destructed automatically.
SECRET CHAT: CREATE/DESTRUCT (NEW)

10. Message Recall
Revoke messages: Hola chat software allows the sender to delete a particular message
such that message is revoked from the receiver’s end as well.
Delete message: You can choose to delete the message for yourself or others in the
group or personal chat.

11. Push Chat Notifications
Hola is a push notifications enabled chat software. Users receive push notifications
whenever a new message is received.
Hola is integrated with FCM to allow easy and hassle free push notifications for the
app. Push notifications play very important role in a chat software, as it notifies you
about the new messages you have received

12. MULTI-MEDIA SHARING
Hola allows you to exchange multimedia inside the chat window. The mobile chat
software at the moment allows users to:

• Share Videos
• Share Location
• Share Contacts
• Share Stickers, GIF’s
• Doodles(NEW)
• Share documents inside the app. XLS , DOC , PDF , TXT ,etc.

13. Users can use Hola chat software to get in contact with people in multiple ways. Apart
from in-app chat messages, users can also make audio and video calls to their friends
or contacts on the app, using WIFI or mobile data.

Managing groups on Hola chat software is a simple task.
Add/Remove Members: An admin can add new participants to interact with your group or
remove any group participant.
Group Details: Group participants can view the details of the group they have been added
to.
Make Admin: A group admin is allowed to make other participants admin of the group.
