 Manuscript is in preparation for publishing my bioinformatics work on
bioinformatics project titled “Network and pathway analysis of formalin and
melanin in Homo sapiens” .There Network and pathway analysis of formalin
and melanin in Homo sapiens is one of them where I have used tool for
functional annotation and analysis of protein sequences. The correlation of
sequences in biological process and molecular function; and presence in
cellular component were analyzed. The tool went through steps like BLASTp,
mapping,10 potential chemical compound-protein interactions have been
predicted by for both formalin and melanin And, all these predicted proteins
are from Homo sapiens., total 77 and 84 proteins have been identified for
formalin and melanin, respectively. Lastly the result that was conferred is of
5 common proteins related to both formalin and melanin target. The
manuscript of the project is almost ready for publication.
