 Birth Place: Calcutta
 Death Place: Belur
 Organization Founded: Ramakrishna Mission, Advaita Ashrma, etc…

3. POSITIVE ATTITUDE
 Swami Vivekananda was believed in attitude
and thoughts which one should keep defines
a person and his perspective towards the
world.
 So he always tries to keep his attitude
positive so that he could spread it forward/

4. CO-RELATION
 We can co-relate the positive attitude of Swamiji with soft skills like:
 He don’t think about bad times.
 He never felt losing faith in himself.
 He knows how to manage stress.

5. SELF ESTEEM LEADS TO SELF CONFIDENCE
 He was a True Believer of Himself. He used to
say, “You can not believe in god until you Believe
in Yourself”.
 His main reason of Confidence was his self
esteem. He was clear in his words, decisions and
his actions.

 He always Feel Good about Yourself.
 He always has confidence in his own abilities.
 He also believed in resolving his own problems and help others.

 We can say Swami Vivekananda was a true
leader because He didn’t only believe and
practiced in Servant-Based Leadership but also
empowered all those around him.
 Swami Vivekananda used to say “Atmano
Mokshatram, Jagat Hitaya Cha” which means
all work is an opportunity for doing good to the
world.

 We can co-relate the leadership of Swamiji with soft skills like:
 He was Honest.
 He was Confident.
 He had Positive Attitude.
 He had good Ability to Inspire everyone.
 He had Effective Communication Skills.

9. BEING THE CHANGE
 Vivekananda had stressed on the role of youth
in the making of India.
 His speech, which began with, “Sisters and
brothers of America”, got him a standing ovation
at the summit. In his speech, Vivekananda
touched upon the fact that though people may
follow different religions, yet all paths eventually
lead to god.

 He never used to discriminate others.
 Never Bully anyone who would be different.
 Always believed in All are Equal.

 Swami Vivekananda was successful to an extent in bringing change in the opinion of Western People
about India.
 He was the first spiritual leader in modern India to speak for the poor masses and to take up different
form selfless service to them.
 The teachings of Swami Vivekananda enable young people to lead a moral, spiritual life and attain
peace in life.

 Swami Vivekananad is an Indian Hindu monk, philosopher, author, religious teacher, and the chief
disciple of the Indian mystic Ramakrishna.
 So we can conclude everything:
 Swami Vivekananda was a Great Leader, an Empathetic Person, a person who brought so many changes in the
world.
 He is the first person who changed the mindset of west about India.
