AS AGM-Nursing: Presently working as AGM-Nursing for HCG Hospitals, to lead Group as Corporate
Nursing Head. HCG (Health care Global Hospitals chain has 29centres across the country, which is
specialized in Oncology care in South East Asia Region. As AGM, is responsible for Strategic planning
in accreditation process of NABH (Pre/Final/Surviellance/Renewal/Verification), Nursing Service,
clinical and operation excellence, coordination and collaboration with all the units across the
country. Recruits Nursing Superintendents for the Group.
AS Nursing Superintendent:
Formulation of the philosophy of the hospital in general and those specific to the Nursing service
with regard to goals, aims, objectives and policies of the Nursing Services.
Was actively involved in NABH Reaccreditation process by streamlining Nursing protocols and
procedures, preparation of documents, training of various cadre of nursing personnel, maintaining
and documenting nursing records.
Implemented hospital policies, protocols and rules in all nursing units.
Deciding and recommending personnel and material requirement for running various Nursing
service departments of the hospital.
Prepared and submitted the Annual Budget (Personnel and Capital) and managed the nursing
services within the sanctioned allocations.
