Dear representatives of branch ­ mBank, in Slovak Republic, Pribinova 10, Bratislava,
I am not gonna ask you how are you, I am all right.
Feel free to forward this to department that deals with those needs (does not matter where) or
print and put on the wall.

First of all, I took 3 loans, first personally in office in shopping center in Eurovea,
Bratislava, others through your online services.
Secondly, try, at least to cooperate and provide right informations to right persons about
following loans, especially about contract, numbers, insurance (that provides BNP Cardif,
Paribas Group) of contracts in terms of unemployment, total amount of repayments, period of
repayment, etc.
Summary: To date Feb 12, 2016 I have to repay following amounts ­ 2.875.76 Eur,
4.874,47 Eur, 3.884,17Eur. In others words, to date Feb 9, 2016 has been sent from mBank
"prva upomienka o nesplateni". What does it mean?
At this point, I would like to ask you following questions:
Do you know to program your information systems?
Why do you provide your services, cards, loans, "vymahanie pohladavok" across a few
countries? And without communication?
How many my email did you delete?
Who deliver complete report about my activity in terms of history?
Who deliver my second visa card through post?
How many times I contacted YOU, through your mLinka, email? In czech repuplic? Yes,
In poland? Yes, In deutschland? Yes, In slovak republic? No available responsible
persons with appropriate answers.
Thirdly, kindly get up from your chair, and try to make at least investigation about my
social and financial situation in slovac republic due to your unskilled employees. More to the

point, save your letters for somebody else, I require conversation face to face, improving faces
I do prefer, than communication through email with right attachments, than fax, etc. I am
pretty sure that you already know all these methods, right?! Btw, I am ready to meet you, and
to explain you straight to your face, you should be so excited, right?!
Fourthly, kindly verify who spet those amount due to fact that I did not spend, in other
words I served to others a lot, and I am not gonna give smth for free and "nikomu nic
nedarujem"!!! You know what, I am glad that stil exist those people, hungry for papers, that
do not know anything.
So, after your reading, kindly do NOT to disturb me through cell phone, you may send
just final paper that somebody, called sponsor, paid all these loans and I do not have any
liabilities in MBank, due to fact that I rather use services other providers than you.
