First of all, I would like to wish new start in year of 2016.
Secondly, I would like to point out on following tasks and share with you following notes.
1. How do you provide implementation of public health insurance in accordance with the Act.
581/2004 Coll. to your clients in whole area of Slovak Republic (next just SR)?
Moreover, how do you present your data to the public, exempli gratia Primary health care units
per 100 000 people, number of primary health care units in terms of health care resources? Btw. How
many reports do you usually create in order to provide clear data of satisfaction of your clients, doctors
with contracts, etc.? What kind of presentation of data do you use?
2. What is a role Health Care Supervision in SR, in other words which institutions have direct
impact on your profit, in terms of performance, qualification, education, foreign certificates of your
doctors. In other words, how do you maintain the same quality health care in all geographic location in
SR?
3. What kind of incentives do you provide to your doctors? What is rate of age of your doctors?
How many limits do you put to your doctors with nice contracts, in sum medical arbitration, in districts
that should coverage whole health care of your clients?
4. What kind of formula do you use for calculations of monthly insurance, what kind of categories
did you create? What is your profit since you made acquisitions with company ­ Spolocna zdravotna
poistovna? How do you provide data of your financial performance to the public? Why health care data
of your clients are not available in online system since this acquisition?
5. Is possible to provide data of doctors that provide high quality of health care in district of
Humenne, Presov? How long your client should wait for medical examination? In short, how do you
solve return of insurance costs when your client do not use health care in SR due to uneducated and
unskilled doctors with high level of corruption and exploitation of nurses without free time for family
and low salary? Do you consider this way?
6. Due to my experience, especially during period (Dec 2012, April­May 2013) could you please

make improvement in terms of databases of your doctors (with contracts that includes conditions and
salaries) and try to verify data in advance? You know that consequences can not be hidden for forever,
right? More to the point, are you gonna just make profit on your clienst without providing quality
health care? Are you gonna put limits to doctors that are experts in health care? Are you gonna use the
same system in the future that you already know that does NOT to work?
7. Kindly consider what I mentioned above, and do not to try to use people as a donors, a lot of
doctors do not to deserve title Dr., you know what does it mean? Pockets with dirty money without
conscience means nothing, when you just use spokesman in order to avoid responsibility or to hide
your profits, is that clear for you?
Thirdly, do you provide data to international institutions or just use advisors and assistants for dirty
work?
