चििंता निजीििं दहते चिता॥
"Chita" and "Chinta" are said to be same still there is
a difference of a dot. Pyre(chita) burns the dead
while Worry(chinta) burns the alive.
चिता और चििंता समाि कही गयी हैं पर उसमें भी
चििंता में एक ब िंदु की विशेषता है; चिता तो मरे हुए
को ही जलाती है पर चििंता जीवित व्यक्क्त को॥

3. Stress
In a medical or biological context stress is a physical, mental, or
emotional factor that causes bodily or mental tension. Stresses can
be external (from the environment, psychological, or social
situations) or internal (illness, or from a medical procedure).
Pressure turns into Stress when you feel unable to cope. People
have different ways of reacting to same stress. So a situation that
feels stressful to one person may in fact be motivating to another.
Stress can affect how you feel, how you think, how you behave and
how your body works.
