I am writing this letter to provide a feedback for the work Anmol Baid has done during her two
month internship here at the Kolkata facility of Thedormshop.in. Anmol was responsible for
completing several projects that were designed to enhance her development as she pursues
her Journalism degree at Calcutta University. Some of these projects included managing &
editing news content flowing in from several interns and implementing SEO techniques on the
content which went up on the website. Anmol also worked on the company's Social Media
pages to improve engagement and evoke interest amongst the primary customers. One of
Anmol's longer term projects included designing our Summer internship program to attract the
best talent from across the nation and to chalk out their responsibilities for the entire duration of
the internship. From the start of this project, Anmol documented goals, maintained a timeline
and provided regular updates on her progress. Once the project was finished, Anmol presenied
the project to the entire team and gave an impressive presentation with all her inputs as well as
a final recommendation and budgeting supported by data.
Overall, Anmol has met and exceeded my expectations for an internship at her level.
Throughout her two months at Thedormshop"in, Anmol has displayed a strong work ethic and
excellent technical skills. Anmol also focused on results and completed almost every project that
was given to her. Projects that weren't completed are waiting on approvals and/or are under
progress. One of the nice things about managing Anmol was that she was reliable, self-
sufficient and required very little direction to complete her work.
As far as development is concerned, Anmol will benefit by gaining more experience in the field
to further develop her knowledge on digital media and conient curation. Anmol may come
across as extremely expressive in and around office and in meetings, while this is mostly a good
quality, she will benefit by not being emotionally attached to her work. However, this is not a
major concern and I am sure people will recognize her for her good work and strong ideas.
