wash and dry clothes of client. Assist in toileting and incontinence care, documented
client’s care in suitable forms. I reported unexpected changes of the client’s physical,
mental or emotional health to the family.. Made the client’s bed and changed the bed
sheets.

proactive selling, and for providing an excellent customer service to retail customers. Also in

July 2006 to July 2008: As a Direct Care Representative I reached out to private or businesses

2. May 2002 to July 2006: As a Customer service associate I was responsible for handling guest
complaints and compliments, returning merchandise to shelves, accepting returns and exchanges,
refunding money and maintaining a balanced cash drawer. Also activated gift cards, phone cards
and handled request for money orders.
