The document discusses issues faced by transgender individuals such as lack of family support, harassment, and health problems from suppressing gender dysphoria. It provides tips for staying motivated during gender transition, such as focusing on gender euphoria, building confidence, and surrounding oneself with supportive people. The future envisioned is a dignified life after transition where one can experience living authentically and be accepted as their true gender.
2. NEEDOFTHETIME
• “Hello World”, “Nature made a mistake here” , “I am going to correct it”
• A trans woman or a trans man’s dream is to shift to gender that they desire. Gender who is living in one’s brain must be
shown on one’s body to match this. They either land as a woman or a man.
• A trans person is negatively a
ff
ected by the stigma attached to gender non-con
fi
rmity.
• A person is showing signs of gender dysphoria
• In chronic situations, person who has gender dysphoria, did not do transition which he or she was supposed to do, but
encountered health issues by suppressing dysphoria and
fi
nally one needed to come out to the world.
• Maybe that in
fl
uential talk came very much touchy to one who is living with gender dysphoria. Inspiration made one feel
that he or she must be a part of the massive transformation world is presently into and feel blessed by listening to
themselves.
• One imagines themselves in their mind, constructs a life around that new imagination they are comfortable, is the best
strongest move

3. NOTEDBEHAVIORANDMISTAKES
• It is clear the world today is in mid of the transgender revolution and coming out is like never before as time pass by,
community grows across the world. It is overwhelming to see loads of transgender related content on internet or taking
prime spaces like never before. Many new governments across the world join the revolution to support the movement.
• Gender solicitation - as soon as one starts to transit, they start to solicit the gender they move into, but they know nothing
about.
• As soon as transitioning starts, for transgender person it is matter of a big con
fi
dence , as they get fully quali
fi
ed by the
Psychiatrist, other doctors and endocrinologist, trans person has now at this stage gained some knowledge (they don’t know
it is very small piece of information, specially young people) and they immediately start coaching others, including speaking
about tablets and dosage etc., There are a lot of these sort of preachers today one has to watch out for.
• What is happening to one who is under transition, their personal interests or their progress or their excitements or inner
happiness does not mean anything to others, including few friends and family or they are simply interested to listen to those
topics. They say remain who you are.
• The super-human-being e
ff
ect is something one feels who is under transition. Yes this is true that one who transits have the
status to be called themselves as “a super human being” but unless they bring that change into the society to demonstrate
the change they have carried out.
• One transgender’s reason is completely di
ff
erent, body is di
ff
erent and their mindset is di
ff
erent, so as many other factors why
one has to carry out transition. Every human being gets treated accordingly by the medical professionals considering depth
of parameters. Reason for someone’s transition instead of a “welcome” it turns these days to be a “gossip” in transgender
community. I have personally witnessed this foul play.
• Racism, sexism and mistakes done within the community is at large. A law is available from normal society but there is no
other law to govern what happens within the community.

4. ISSUESTHATDEMOTIVATEAND
CREATEHEALTHISSUES
• Immediately after coming out to society, transgenders will face these issues - lack of support, family
separation, harassment, Job loss, discrimination, poverty, lack of legal support, violence, health coverage
issues, documentation procedures etc.,
• Lack of awareness in the society, stubborn citizens with old values and beliefs
• Humiliating questions to trans people. Please read more on my Trans Humiliation publication, published on
30/09/2022.
• Physical appearances and challenges
• Religious preachers who feed unnecessary information
• People who are homophobic make big problems for transgenders
• Family and friends, police, neighbors, co-workers, partners, etc., who are having transphobia and the way
taken by them to handle transgender
• By law in 67 countries today, they prosecute transgenders and also ban transgenders to travel even using a
connecting
fl
ights to their country of destination (for example Middle Eastern Countries)
• Sexists / Feminists, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Assexual, and other communities too have also transphobic
reactions with communal problems

5. HOWTOSTAYMOTIVATED?
It is very di
ffi
cult for one to stay concentrated on what is desired, stay motivated when the problems come from
all the 360 degree angle. Hence I always have a big respect for transgender women specially when they handle
these issues to lead a meaningful life. They are undoubtedly deemed to be called as “A SUPER HUMAN”.
• One must
fi
rst avoid own negative self talk. This increases gender dysphoria. They need to look out for
possibilities and to avoid problems coming on.
• Staying more focused on gender transitioning and avoiding social and life anxiety related thoughts. This will
certainly put one in a much better position.
• Triggering more gender euphoria , keeping morale high, by dressing appropriately, polishing nails, laser
therapies, beauty treatments etc., to look and appear more towards the desired gender transition.
• Building self con
fi
dence, stop listening to others, stay focused on the dream one carries.
• Visiting regular gatherings from community, listening to motivational quotes, exchanging positive ideas, also
presenting oneself in PRIDE events.
• Surround mostly with people who love and care for you.

6. STEPSTOSTAYMOTIVATED
Written by Dr. Anita Prasad Page 5
• Very important,
fi
r one has to write down their goal and visualize it
• Why this goal has to be met? What does the typical list to achieve this goal look like ?
• Braking big ideas / dreams into smaller objects to achieve and prioritizing it
• Once someone writes down these three above step, they must now remain positive and stay committed
always.
• One must learn to reward themself during the journey, have small celebration to have achieved every
milestone and keeping surely the long term vision.
• If possible read and collect more relevant information or having debate with learned individuals would help
to stay even more committed.
• It is wonderful to see the goal stands achieved when one is so committed. Congratulations!
7. FUTURELIFE
Written by Dr. Anita Prasad Page 5
• Explaining the world how their transition was in interviews or speaking on public gathering are not the future
one awaits after transition. Obviously it is a digni
fi
ed life like any other human being in the society that one
awaits after going through the struggle.
• 97% of transgender women feel very happy after gender a
ffi
rmation surgery and reduced depression. They
are now able to experience who they are and continue their life.
• Family, love and inclusion just like a normal person.
• If one is career interested, inclusion in further education, job and a self standing career
• Satisfaction in life, more concentration and focus to topics one missed when they had gender dysphoria.
This brings more down to earth experience post their achievement also what one is capable of to the
external world.
