2. PUSH-PULL
• A tragedy can strike anytime, to any country, can make anyone “A Refugee” in no time, making one know life is not certain.
Life has changed till date about 89.3 million people and is expected to bring changes for 150 million people in the coming
years ahead. This could include you and me or us
• Reasons for Refuge in a new country could be due to violence, war, hunger, extreme poverty, gender orientation, or from the
consequences of climate change or other natural disasters. When problems strike it needs immediate self defense
mechanism to save lives, what people thought belongs to them in these countries, in reality, they are not anymore! The world
has seen today the number of Asylum seekers increase constantly due to many reasons and Mediterranean crossing is always
in headlines. I was at Poland-Ukraine border, rescuing many for shelter, but trust me every moment I lived here was so tearful
part of my whole life
• When tragedy strikes, life becomes unbearable in one’s home country, population wants to escape fearing problems or death,
on that particular instance, leaving behind all their assets, one must pack their life belongings in one suitcase - what is more
valuable for one to carry on and decide where they are heading now ?
• In some instances migrants are noted to make a move due to better quality of life, job, education, family re-union and not
necessarily due to persecution or death
• At the country of origin one recognizes that they are at risk due to serious human rights violations and prevailing persecution.
The risks to one’s life and safety are so high that they felt they had no choice but to leave and seek safety Asylum outside of
their home country.
• People loose hope on their own government which cannot or will not protect one from those dangers. Refugees have a right
to international protection as per 1951 refugee convention, 1967 protocol and legal texts, 1969 OAU refugee convention
remains big supporter of modern refugee migrations

3. HUMANSUFFERING
• Stress one takes to depart home country to reach another nearby neighbor counting a positive progress in life, but the su
ff
ering
one goes through by walk or taking di
ff
erent modes of transportation is immense, becomes unforgettable for the lifetime
• Neighboring countries need not to necessarily allow migrants and may have them su
ff
er without basic amenities leading to
severe healthcare issues and even death before an actual rescue arrives
• Any accident could occur during transit, taking lives of some or all the refugees or natural calamities could bring a very bad
turn. It is a huge risk one takes in this instance counting if we live again, we live wonderful life, if not, we are as good as “dead”
for our home country
• Countries to which Refugee migrates, may have a wall against Refugees built that they do not accept the way a Refugee must
be accepted or they have an extremely low rate of acceptance due to their own ongoing internal issues
• Any country could demonize Refugee intake, politicize the whole action without doing it in orderly manner
• Poverty could be the biggest upcoming enemy in search of new life one is looking out for
• Lawlessness in the country of destination could have dire consequences to the Refugee population
• Lack of protection of the Refugee status at new country of destination
• Discrimination and Human rights at the destination country could become a huge issue for the Refugees. Earlier refugees who
thought for example USA or Europe was their safe destination had serious issues.

4. CANWORLDSTOPCREATING
LGBT+REFUGE?
• Science today has proven itself on biological sex. There are Innumerable amount of scienti
fi
c research that have
taken place on Transgenders, across the LGBTI+ friendly world, with many well known hospitals, universities,
research institutes and the western world is stunned to see the outcome of these research to consider biological
sex. If one is interested to gain knowledge on these
fi
ndings and wonders of it, they must be hungry to learn more.
• In the “Arabic World” today, we see they have built “Future Museum” and massive infrastructures to attract world
towards them. In their future museum, they speak about living in space, genomics etc., but I think they forgot to
value human genomics prevailing on earth today, human rights violations and the wonder of biological sex because
their law and religion do not permit this or in other words, they are not interested. Arabic world on human beings
want to argue XX chromosome is female and XY is male and there are absolutely no biological sex existent. Isn’t it
time them now to accept at least what science is saying to the world and treat all humans as one and become a
human being?
• Colonial era ended across the world many decades and centuries ago depending on di
ff
erent time lines. Still some
nations practice these without any basis and knowledge update or understanding the science behind. Unfortunately
their honorable supreme courts still want to follow colonial regime, as lack of education on these topics prevail and
arguments do not go stronger, as lawyers are not educated properly. Can UN and human rights commission help
them to feed scienti
fi
c knowledge and stop these problems ?
• At least these scienti
fi
c evidences from the help of Human Rights commission be released to these countries who
are ignorant for harsh human rights violation today or do not want to educate themselves, become educated at
least?

5. HUMANRIGHTSVIOLATORSAND

6. WHATISHAPPENINGTODAY?
• Friendly nations for LGBTI+ and United Nations always serve on the countries imposing law against Human
Rights, delivering death penalties or for acting cruel
• A total of 67nations today stand to oppose for LGBTI+ community. A majority of these nations live in Africa
• OHCR an organization formed by the UN exclusively focus on LGBTI+ people and human rights
• OHCR raises concerns periodically and put forward recommendations for reform
• Organizations in various private and governments of LGBTI+ are working today to stop Refuge, work with those
nations where there is human rights issues arise, initiate public advocacy, also de-criminalize the acts created in
those countries. However, this takes time
• UN is working today in partnerships, also private party involvement, regular review of the treaty etc., but
wrongdoers continue their movements.
• There is actually not too much one can write what progress is taking place, but world is witnessing the raise of
“transgenderism” at a very high rate. I am sure someone around us is trying to
fi
gure out what the issue is and
trying to work ?

7. SAFEHEAVENFORLGBTI+
In order to avoid these in-human nations, one can create their own safe heaven by taking refuge in a di
ff
erent part of the
world, leaving their home country, using the power of international refugee status showing their need. Some of the best
nations one can take shelter today are -
• New Zealand and Australia
• Europe - France, Germany, Scandinavia, The BENELUX, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom, Ireland
• Canada and USA
• Israel
• Taiwan
• Columbia, Uruguay and Argentina
• Malta
• Costa Rica
• India (acceptance rate is very low due to own problems)

8. OBSERVATION
Written by Dr. Anita Prasad Page 7
• Smoking and drinking alcohol, so as eating garlic and onions are prohibited in the religion of many, also running brothels
(visit any Arabic world, visit star hotels in the evening in the name of entertainment, best of services are available). Do
violators get death penalty or you ask them to take Refuge or push them to a Refugee camp in your own country or
abroad because they violated? When violations can
fi
nd exception for any religion to adjust to any comfort, how come
Biological sex which has a fantastic scienti
fi
c backing are a problem for these nations and they have death penalties?
• When everything goes
fi
ne, these economies will keep violating talking about their religion or homophobic or transphobic
talks in the name of their religion, their arrogance and ignorance to human rights commission, contribute more refuge to
the world, as if it is a problem they evaded and as if the world is set to take away their headache of transgenderism.
• When global warming takes shape with natural calamities in such countries, they plead “please world save us” and
please do not ignore us, we are also humans, “We need humanitarian aid”. Suddenly, these countries expect the whole
world to forget about their human rights violation and go out of way to help them, so they come back and continue their
atrocities, just because they sell “GAS” which is very important commodity
• When global warming takes toll on climate, these countries want science and technology with investors from di
ff
erent
parts of the world to enter their country, give them best help to stabilize agriculture and other infrastructure, but
whatsoever condition do not want to consider human rights and read about “biological sex” or treat all humans equal ?
• These human right violators drive away their own population or kill them in most brutal form possible, justify to world,
they did it because of whatever reasons. What has this resulted in these people so far from such act? How much of
growth have these people got now?
• When for comfort one can amend laws, religious preachings etc., at least on humanitarian grounds and respecting
science, allow others to live happily.
