The document discusses the stages of creativity. It explains that there are four stages: preparation, incubation, illumination or enlightenment, and implementation. In the preparation stage, information is gathered from different sources but clarity may be lacking. During incubation, ideas and information are placed in the subconscious mind. The illumination stage is when a clear idea is generated. Finally, in the implementation stage, the idea becomes a reality through execution.

Let us now look at the stages of creativity. There are 4 important stages in the creativity process. They are: Preparation,
Incubation, Illumination or Enlightenment and Implementation.
Preparation - In this stage we look at different sources of information and ideas. We may not have any clarity and this
may cause us frustration. But confidence and persistence will see us through this stage.
Incubation - In this stage, we place the ideas and information in the back of our mind or in the subconscious mind. By
applying various techniques like brainstorming and lateral thinking, we will come closer to finding a creative solution.
Illumination or Enlightenment - During this stage, we actually generate a clear idea.
Implementation – In this stage, the idea becomes a reality. Without following this step, our idea will remain only a dream.
Actual execution of the idea occurs in this last stage.
