The Global Wellness Project presents, an interactive workshop
featuring a film screening, panel of health and fitness experts
led by the founder of the Association of Black Cardiologists,
Dr. Richard A. Williams.
Learn how your family history can affect your health. Topics include:
controlling blood pressure, lowering cholesterol, preventing heart
attacks/strokes and managing weight. The evening will include
a fun, “Know Your Heart” quiz, inspiring testimonials
and a question and answer session.
