 Satiate the learning environment for third grade students with hands-on manipulatives,
cooperative learning, and behavior modifications to increase success and self-esteem
 Use positive rewards and perform guided reading lessons for various reading
abilities
 Instructed C.H.R.O.M.E - A Science/Math club for minorities to encourage
stronger critical thinking skills
