2. The Multi Patented VFT Fuel System
• Safely alters the traditional combustion
process creating a substantial increase in fuel
efficiency.
• Has been independently tested and verified
to increase fuel efficiency by 30.1%.
• Significantly decreases toxic emissions.
• Can be retrofitted to existing gasoline
vehicles for approximately $1,200 U.S. or
included in new vehicles from the factory for
approximately $100.

4. The History
• The design and development process has taken seven years with an
investment of 2.1 million dollars to date.
• Six U.S. Patents have been granted for the VFT Technology.
• Bushnell Engineering has been the technical lead during the entire
development process. Thousands of tests have been performed at their
facility in Oregon to prove the technology’s value. Ray Bushnell has been
awarded 28 U.S. patents for his work in various fields.
• Anthony Dean, PHD has been an active participant in the development of
the VFT technology since 2005. Dr. Dean is a Professor of Physical
Chemistry at the Colorado School of Mines and has been at the forefront
of hydrocarbon combustion research for decades.
• A series of tests comparing the VFT system to the stock fuel injection
equipment were performed at California Environmental Engineering, a
CARB certified and EPA recognized independent laboratory. The result was
certification that the VFT system achieved 30.1% greater fuel economy.
5. The Market
• There are approximately 250 million motor vehicles in North America. Of
those about 100 million are classified as sport utility or light trucks. We
intend to target the SUV and light truck market first with an aftermarket
retrofit package creating an immediate impact on fuel consumption.
• Natural gas alternatives will grow in time but the lack of infrastructure will
limit that growth for several years.
• The cost and limitations of current electric vehicles will limit the expansion
of those alternatives in the mainstream for the foreseeable future. The
failure of the Volt is a good example that although the U.S. government
pushed the technology, the public has not accepted it as yet.
• In these difficult economic times providing a solution that is affordable to
consumers should be well received. For $1,200 people will be able to
retrofit their existing vehicle, significantly reducing their fuel costs and be
participants in the effort to improve the environment.
6. The Plan
• Complete the commercialization of the VFT system for sale to the public in
approximately one year.
• Develop relationships with fleet operators and distributors/installers of our
product.
• Form partnerships with existing U.S. contract manufacturers to supply our product
greatly reducing start up costs.
• Enter the domestic retrofit market first targeting existing SUV and light truck
owners including individuals and fleet operators and then expanding to smaller
vehicles.
• Achieve sales of 1% of the initial target market each year which equates to 450
million in gross sales, wholesale, and 200 million in gross profit per year.
• As retrofit sales increase and the fuel economy of used vehicles surpass new
vehicles we believe auto manufacturers will feel pressure to license rights to the
technology creating significant income streams.
