ABOUT THE CLUB
The Brown Building Society (BBS) is a Brown University student group
dedicated to creating and exploring undergraduate extracurricular building
projects. BBS strives to involve a wide of a range of students, from both
within and outside the Brown School of Engineering, by pursuing multiple
building projects of a deliberately varied nature. The society’s broad focus
promotes interdisciplinary interaction within Brown and the broader Provi-
dence community. Members of BBS work as a team to manage all aspects
of the organization and projects, giving each student hands-on experience
in applying a wide array of skills to conceptualize, design, and build projects
from the ground up.
