Drilling Consultant
• Supervising drilling operations on Cyclone Rig #5 near New Town, North Dakota located in
Mountrail County.
• Drilling into the Bakken Shale formation with extended reach laterals 19,000’-21,000’, oil based
mud and brine water in the lateral sections. Lateral sections are two parts; drill half the lateral
with brine then trip out for new BHA with an agitator and then switch back over to oil based
mud. Average mud weights 9.8-11 ppg.
• Supervised drilling of drilling presetting surface holes with spud rig.
• Supervised completion/workover operations – running tubing and rods.

2. Bonanza Creek (Colorado) 2013-2014
Drilling Consultant
• Drilling horizontal wells; 10,500-11,300 Niobrara B & C chalk and Codell wells.
• Familiar with Baker and Weatherford packers and sleeves (oil & fresh water swell
packers), ran 18/28/36 zone liners in the laterals.
• Drilled approximately 20 wells since starting for Bonanza Creek.
• Water based mud and dewatering systems (gel & poly base)

Drilled on 136 in the DJ for approximately 4 years (2009-present)
