and marketing. Currently, we provide external links as a means of
contact and offer to provide the referral ourselves. In time we plan to
develop a built-in messaging system.

8. The Expansion Plan
The mission of getintonuclear.com is to expand the partner network
to include each category of support needed for individuals and
companies to get into nuclear. Initially in the UK, but ultimately
accross the globe.
9. Our audience
As of 2019, there are 442 reactors worldwide, in 30 countries with 109
more planned or under construction. Additionally, there are
numerous Small Modular Reactors and Nuclear Fusion plants
planned over the next couple of decades. Nuclear Power generates
$300 billion per year with nuclear new build (NNB) investment
expected to be between $972 billion and $1.68 trillion.

According to the OECD NEA if the industry is to achieve the aspiration
of achieving 1,000 GWe NNB by 2040 it will create 810,000 jobs
worldwide. The UK is expecting a nuclear workforce to increase from
75,000 to 105,000 by 2030.
There is an increasing challenge from other sectors and nuclear is
seeing many professionals making the switch to other industries.
Also, many of the current workforce is approaching retirement.

$930 billion of investment planned globally for new nuclear
generation and $250 billion decommissioning of existing nuclear
power plants.
Hinkley Point C in the UK, £23 billion, 25,000 jobs created providing
work for 2,500 businesses with 70% of construction costs being spent
locally - this one NNB will provide 7% of UK low carbon power.

The nuclear industry, in general, has not done a great job in
attracting talent - but has historically not needed to. As such people
do not actively google "nuclear jobs" receiving 3k global searches
per month, whereas "amazon jobs" alone receives 1.2m searches
globally per month.
However, the interest in "nuclear" is there with 380k searches and
social media interest groups - Nuclear fusion, power and reactor
group having 22.4m members.

There is $100's billion of work for the supply chain to deliver nuclear
projects.
There is interest in nuclear but this interest is not coupled with a
