Andrei Kajalin was working during for Elion Enterprises Limited as an IT-Specialist in the period
from 04.FEB.2013 to 20.NOV.2013. His tasks in that position were to provide IT support to our
business customers, solve clients support requests and carry out changes in customers IT
infrastructure.
During stated period he acquired the operating principles of the company, which ultimately allowed
him adequately to join the daily servicing of the clients. Andrei’s assignment was to solve end-users
requests, including installation and maintenance of hardware and software, diagnose and solve
problems occurring in the IT-systems, eliminate hardware and software defects. In addition, his task
was to familiarize himself on the customer IT-systems (mainly IT equipment and configuration).
Andrei can be characterized by sense of responsibility, diligence, correctness and orientation to the
continuous self-development. Andrei has very good communication skills and supportive teammate
attitude. He has been a dedicated and reliable employee to his employer.
