1. 2012 – 2013: Chongbang Mixed-Use Project, Kunshan, China, (Construction started early 2014)
I was Project Leader and Design
Director of a Mixed-use project of
160,000 m2 in Kunshan. The client
program was very precise, also giving
the shape and dimension of the
buildings. Even the podium elevations
were designed by the client. I had to
do the office towers and Soho towers
elevations. The “Jazz” scenario,
inspired by a Las Vegas Hotel, was
selected. The project is presently in
construction.

3. 2014 - 2015: Downtown Mixed-Use Center, Wuxi, China
I am presently the Project Leader and the Design Director for this big Mixed-use Center in
downtown Wuxi, facing the central plaza of the city. This is not a competition. We were
selected and I was the key factor making our firm winning the interview process. It will be
the new city center of the City Business District. The total area of the project is 180,000 m2;
residential: 70,000 m2, retail: 70,000 m2, office: 40,000 m2.
4. 2014 - 2015: Downtown Mixed-Use Center, Wuxi, (continuing).
5. 2014 - 2015: Downtown Mixed-Use Center, Wuxi, (continuing). One week tall tower study
6. 2012: City Planning Exhibition Centre, Taiyuan, China
I was the Project Leader and the Design Director for this small Exhibition Center. The
project was not completed but gives us a very good reputation and allows us to have
several big urban planning mandates from the city authorities.
7. 2015: Small Retail Center Study, Qingpu subway station, Shanghai, China
This project is a quick study competition of a small retail center at a strategic location in Shanghai. 35,00 m2 (We won Design competition).
We had only 2 weeks to prepare a document showing the business strategy, the building feasibility, the link to public transportation and the integration in the
neighborhood, according to the government strict requirements. We won the competition, the client told me that my document was “perfect”, “exactly what
we needed”. We are now waiting for government approval.
8. 2015: Mixed-Use, Master Planning, Shanghai, China
This project is a quick study competition for a Mixed-Use
project in the suburb of Shanghai. (5 days)
Total area: 115,000 m2
Office: 7,000 m2
Retail: 10,000 m2
Residential: 98,000 m2
The client select this option for the simplicity , the clarity
and for achieving the major goals of the program and the
requirements.
