• Worked under the guidance of Ar. Sandeep Bawdekar on various projects of different scales and at
different stages.
• Projects handled and my role for each project is explained below;
Commercial/ Retail Hub, Sadashiv Peth, Pune, India.
Planning of the building abiding all the norms, also designing various elevation options for the building
considering the centralized location of the building. Challenges tackled were the parking needs through
multi-storeyed car parks, retaining retail floor on the ground and first level, also advertisement options
and introducing the new technology of transparent LED display panels on building facade to display
advertisements. Produced working drawings and presentation drawings with rendered views.
Residential Building, Shivaji Nagar, Pune, India.
Planning and designing of the building with the design of mechanized puzzle parking system for the
cars and various design options to have a harmonious yet vibrant contemporary elevational options.

Rural School Campus with redesigning of Meditation Centre, Khamgaon, Akola, India.
Formulating a Design Concept and designing/ planning of a school campus. Challenges tackled were a
campus design with minimum budget and use of more local materials also being sustainable at the
same time. Produced conceptual, working and presentation drawings, also presenting and
communicating with the client and contractors.
R.T.O. Government building, Baramati, India.
Involved in preparing presentation drawings for design competitions and presenting them in front of jury
members alongside the Principal Architect of the firm.

Intern
Worked under the guidance of Ar. Raja Aederi on two ongoing projects and had a first hand experience
in dealing with different contracting agencies and client alongwith regular on- site inspections.
Renovation of Mantralaya, Mumbai, India.
Civil drawings including designing cabins for ministers, VIP lobby design, escalator installation drawings
and air conditioning design for the building in co-ordination with the MUP consultants. Produced
working drawings, presentation drawings, and regular site visits.

CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES AND AWARDS
2016 - 2017 City-Ex Exhibition
Urban Design Studio semester 2 project ( Balestier- Singapore Living Gallery ) at NUS shortlisted and
put on display at City-Ex Exhibition at URA Centre, Atrium.
Research Assistant –Road Traffic Noise Simulation Validation Study, Phase 2- HDB
Neighborhood Measurement
• Measured and analysed Road Traffic Noise at different locations in HDB Estates in Jurong West.
2012 - 2013 Team Leader – "Jallianwala Baug Redesign Competition", Pune, India
• Won the design competition organised by Allana College of Architecture, Pune.
• Also in the same year won the Award for "best photographer of the year" through a competition
organised by the same institute.
2011 - 2012 General Secretary – Allana College of Architecture, Pune.
• Being elected as the General Secretary of the Academic year 2011-12, we were successful in
organizing many competitive events which were a not only recreational but served as a learning
platform as well.
• Encouraged students to explore and participate in Zonal as well as National level competitions and
Lecture Series, in an attempt to provide a wide perspective other than the academic syllabus.
2011 - 2012 Team Member – Redesign Trophy, NASA ( National Institution of Students of Architecture,

• Were involved in all stages from site study to generating a virtual city from sustainable conceptual
ideas restoring the essence of the Old City.
