Blended Learning
Blended learning is the approach with which a combination of
instructor led training is integrated with online learning.

Why Blended Learning?
Time Saving – Users have a base of knowledge
prior to class
Flexible – Learners can do online segments on their
own time
Support – Instructor led training (ILT) provides
opportunity for questions and explanations
Qualitative and Quantitative – provides the
instructor an opportunity to teach and assess the
learner
