5. Advanced Compatibility Engineering
-Body Structure
Engineered to
minimize injury of
passengers in cabin
upon collision.
-Using different
grades of steel
tension (strength) to
absorb or distribute
impacts away from
cabin.
-Honda have the
Highest Safety
Rating on the
Official Collision
Test.
Honda has the
biggest Crash Test
Facility in all
Automotive
Manufacture
around the World.
All Honda cars have ACE.
6. -Safety system that works all the time (unless you deactivate) to detect any
slippage (over steering or under steering) to re-control the car automatically.
Vehicle Stability Assist
Traction sensors
detecting
slippage through
differential
wheel spinning,
Front vs. Back/
Right vs. Left.
Upon that re-
corrective measures
will be taken
through calculated
braking and “or”
cutting engine
power.
Free maneuverability / drifting
Stuck in heavy sand, allowing free maneuvering
Sign on the dashboard means is OFF.
VSA works with or without Braking.
VSA
7. SystemBrakingAnti - Lock
Safety System preventing the
wheels while braking from
locking hence allowing free
maneuvering while braking.
Brake System applies multiple
Lock-n-Release to slow down the
vehicle while still allowing
maneuvering.
8. Electronic
Brake
System Distribution
Electronic System that distributes brake force all over 4-wheels
depending upon loading condition / weight shift.
In case of braking the vehicle will detect any load shift and distribute
brake force accordingly, giving more stable brake.
EBD
9. Emergency Brake Assist
Event
•Emergency situation
Action
•Detecting emergency situation comparing by
records of normal brake time.
Intervention
• The vehicle will calculate the current speed, angle of steering,
how much brake force is used and will apply an extra force
brake if needed.

Coach
Ambient guiding lights,
coaching you how to drive
in economic way.
Master
By pressing ON the button, the vehicle will be
driven on economic mood to minimize petrol
consumption, however reducing a little bit:
-Air Conditioning;
-Acceleration, but not the top speed;
-Lights from dashboard.
11. Real Time 4Wheels Drive
Automatic, no Low Gear, no Button.
Unique 4x4 System allows the vehicle automatically to engage 4x4 upon
vehicle requirement.
In normal condition, City drive
vehicle feels no need for 4x4, so
will go on traditional front wheel
drive.
-Smooth Handling;
-Less Petrol Consumption;
-Less Maintenance, cost.
Traction sensors if detect more than
2,5% difference in traction between
front wheels and rear wheels, than
automatically engages 4x4.
Once circumstances finish
vehicle re-switch back to
front wheel drive.
Real Time 4WD has been in Honda more than 10 years and proven to be efficient
and problem free, to the extant when we launched Crosstour same system was
adapted.
12. Variable Cylinder Management
Only in Honda
Pilot, Odyssey 6,4,3 / Accord V6.
Crosstour till 2012 6,4,3
Accord V6,
Crosstour 2013 6,3
VCM a unique engine
technology designed by
Honda managing cylinder
operation in V6 engine
according to driving
behavior.
We have been using VCM
since 2008.
You never feel the engine while shifting from 6,4 or 6,3. You only see blink
called ECO, telling you that car is now on economic mood.
We never had customers complaining about system hang. To the extent that
now any V6 engine manufactured by Honda comes with VCM. Proven to be:
-efficient 10-15% fuel economy;
-Problem free.
14. Variable Torque Management
We have been using VTM since 2003.
Electronic System distributing torque unequal to 4-wheels
depending upon the vehicle requirement.
In normal condition, City
drive vehicle feels no need
for 4x4, so will go on
traditional front wheel
drive.
-Smooth Handling;
-Less Petrol
Consumption;
-Less Maintenance,
cost.
Traction sensors will detect
how much torque needs to
be distributed to every
wheel.
Upon pressing the
button VTM-Lock full 4x4
is engaged with equal
traction on the 4-wheels.
* Can be used only 1,2 or
R Gears speed up to 30
km/h.

19. Immobilizer
Electronic security device fitted to the vehicle that prevents the
engine from running unless the correct key (or other token) is
present. The car will not start by replica ( copied) key.

Audio System will detect the wave length
of the noise and will respond through the
speakers of the car with opposing wave
length to eliminate the noise.
All V6
