En masse
As I woke up from my pod, I realize that this is not a dream. Everyone I have ever loved
is gone. I sat up and a hologram appeared before my eyes. It was my father, who had been a
senator of the United States. He informed me that it was up to the selected few to create a new
society. This was to apply to those who woke up first. He also said that not all of the 2,500
would have survived the journey to our new planet. This is where our adventure begins.
I searched the ship for supplies. I came across the cargo where these supplies existed;
here is where I found the books. In the library of books, I discovered some political science
books of different cultures. As I studied what was provided which was American and Great
Britain government books. I decided that it was in the best interest of the people for our new
society to be free but with supervision of a board to over see the people.
I spoke with the selected few that would now become the board to over see the people. I
addressed that we need to check on the others and those that have woken up need to start forming
groups of five. After reviewing the numbers of deaths the total came to 500. This now leaves us
with 1,000 men and 1,000 women. This means there will be five groups of 400. Out of the 400
will be 200 men and 200 women. This was our report when we were done with our analysis.
As the people aroused from their pods, we began to form the groups of five. In these five
groups there will be 10 men and 10 women carefully selected from the board to counsel each
group. If there are any problems within the groups, the counsel will there by speak to the board

for any solutions that they were not able to work out amongst themselves. We will begin a trade
when there are resources to exchange. As of now we will be focused on organizing a stable
environment within our new society.
When six months has passed, the counsel will be replaced by the observation from the
current counsel. They are to carefully observe each member of their group for their replacement.
If it is a man then they are there by to select a man and if it is a woman then they are there by to
select a woman. Our counsel is lawfully bound by the approval of the board and the new
members have to be trustworthy, fair minded, and to always remember that we are lawfully
equal.
After speaking with the board, we have decided to make our new religion Gait meaning
individuals together. This religion shall bring us as a whole. We shall love one another and never
part ways in anger. Our new planet is called En masse meaning all together therefore this
religion is the right choice for our new society. Now that we have created some of our new
institutions, we now have to decide on our new education.
One of the board members is in charge of this institution. The board member is to search
among the five groups and select 50 people that are willing to educate our new society. We the
people in this new world will have equal education and we the people will never be denied that
right to be educated. This will be our law and human right to implement for our new society. Our
education will be one of our foundations to our survival.
Another form for our new survival will be the family institution. The five groups will
have a certain deadline to find a mate, in hopes for saving our human race. If the deadline passes
and certain ones have not found a mate then they will have to speak to the board for a solution to
help them find a mate. Our new society’s structure will be sufficient and lawfully bound. No one

will be mistreated and we the board will see to that our counsel will uphold our new laws and our
new foundations in hopes for our survival.
Unfortunately for the 500 deceased, we will have no choice but to explore a place far
from our new community to place them to rest. Far from our communities, we will set off in
teams and lay the bodies one by one to place rocks upon the deceased. After we had made the
final touches of their burial, we had a moment of silence wishing them the best to the afterlife.
In conclusion, we the board feel these new institutions will be a strong foundation for our
new society. These structures will allow everyone to help one another. Our new planet En masse
by its meaning as I have mentioned before, we are in this together and will survive together.
