It is my pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Amy Ishii. In her role as the
Airport Network Log Editor, Amy was employed from May 2015 – May 2016.
Amy demonstrated strong interpersonal skill in the performance of her duties. She
showed her strength in managing the communication and details necessary to the
scheduling work on a demanding news network. Amy would take the time to provide
examples, a list of options or reasoning at every opportunity in working out day to day
issues with our Sales team or other contacts.
Amy thrived in a team environment and was always in involved in initiatives which had a
people focus. She was very engaged with the department and was active in team building
sessions and activities. It was clear that Amy took great pride in her responsibilities and
her relationships at work. She would lead many activities, social gatherings, and was
selected as a member of the Oz Principle Champion Committee and worked on many
departmental projects. She was involved in Turner Volunteer Day, global town hall
meetings and business resource group events while at Turner.
Her scheduling responsibilities involved working with many departments at CNN. She
was successful in developing strong relationships with her colleagues and providing
excellent client service to our Ad Sales group and other teams. Amy participated in
meetings with the network executives, as well as Master Control personnel, showcasing
her collaboration skills throughout. She was adept at working with business partners on
all levels. Amy was always able to find a workable solution agreeable to all.
With her work ethic and skills, Amy would be truly an invaluable contributor in any
