2. SUMMARY
 More than 3.5 years’ experience in both design and project management. Specialized
in residential buildings and corporate offices, the projects I was involved in comprised
numerous typologies such as high-rise/low-rise multifamily, terraced/detached houses and

UNIBIM SERVICES PVT. LTD. - JAIPUR - PROJECT MANAGER AND DESIGN HEAD, FEB’2016
Ahmedabad, Gujrat based MNC providing Architectural and BIM solutions to Indian and
offshore clients.
In collaboration with a Department of Information Technology & Communication/RISL Govt.
of Rajasthan, carried out the functions of Project Manager, leading the project’s Scan to BIM
of the Jaipur based 5 major monuments and eight gates.
Efficiently managed a team of young architects and modellers, and was in steady contact with
Autodesk Consulting Team and the client staff – Govt. Officials.
Faced a difficult work environment, achieved the contract commitments obtaining the No
Objection Certificate for the project.

core business was designing corporate offices and data centres, its approach was focused on
providing end to end solutions for corporate interiors which includes
Recruited as Junior Architect and soon became Senior Design Architect within six months.
Promoted as Team Lead (Design). Established and led a work team that became recognized
as the whole company´s Technical Office.

team. Its business is mainly focused on developing, managing, designing and project
management consultation of government projects, residential and office buildings, shopping
centres, educational infrastructure and hotels.
Responsible for carrying out the functions of a team manager, participated from the
beginning to the end of a construction process, analysed client needs, implemented feasibility
studies, established constructive prescriptions, estimated costs, controlled quality and
scheduling, managed development risks and gave support during design and construction
phases.
Assigned to residential building projects, managed an assorted building typologies portfolio
comprised of high-rise, multifamily, single-family, detached, subsidized and building
restorations.
Chosen to design War memorial and Museum for Sikh at Amritsar in collaboration with
Government of Punjab and Indian Army which was completed in the timeline provided,
concept development and material analysis was major part for short period of time because
of pre-fabricated construction work.
Adept at both state and local building regulations, assisted HR Department by giving different
courses to Company’s technicians.
NMP DESIGN - INTERN ARCHITECT 06/2012 - 11/2012:
Within six months of internship, I was recruited as trainee architect, assisted architect
designers and project managers, designed preliminary proposals for the new projects,
drafted, developed technical procedures, prepared presentations, developed design
solutions and construction details for project prescriptions and estimated construction
budgets for landscape projects. Worked on more than 100 hectares of landscape projects.
