This system is an integrated
package of software used in
CALLCENTER operations.
It can monitor the admin
employee relation and employee
customer relations and their
quries(known and unknown),
this processes in common usage,
the term may also refer to just the
software components.

system. Here the employees
needs to save the information.

system.

A call center is a centralized office used for
the purpose of receiving and transmitting a
large volume of request.
A call center is operated by a company to
administer incoming product support or
information inquires from consumers.
