Pressure Impulse Test is one of the critical qualification level test for checking the
strength of actuator in terms of Design aspects.
Ultimate Load Test is one of the qualification test for checking the buckling load on
the piston. Also carried out Backlash test to check the bearing free play on the
actuators, post ultimate load test.
Burst Pressure Test is one of the critical qualification level test for checking the
actuator in terms of strength and integrity aspects.

Servo actuator related activity for LCA.

Conducted Diaphragm calibration to check the stiffness prior to actuator assembly.
