12. Terms & Conditions
INITIAL DEPOSIT
To confirm a booking VIDI requires an
initial deposit at 40% of total charge
for secure the reservation which need
to be paid within 24 hours after the
booking is received.
CANCELLATION
No refundable of deposit for any
cancellation made, unless separate
written arrangement have been
agreed by both parties.
• 90 - 7 days prior to departure date:
50% of total charge
• 6 - 3 days prior to departure date:
80% of total charge
• 2 - 1 days prior to departure date:
100% of total charge
BALANCE / FINAL PAYMENT
Full payment of all expected charges
should be received 10 days prior
to departure date. Any last minute
booking (less than 10 days to the
departure date) must be paid in full
on the same day when the booking
is made.
REFUND
Will be processed within 14 days after
cancellation / reschedule is received.

13. ACTS OF GOD / FORCE MAJEURE
If the trip can not be held due
to tragedy, ‘Act of God’ or ‘Force
Majeure’, guests can reschedule the
trip without any cancellation fee.
PAYMENT METHOD
For telegraphic transfer (TT)
payments, we require full charge
amount to be received in our Bank
Account. Any bank feed are to be
applied to your Bank Account or
responsible by the client. Please send
the Bank Transfer receipt once the
payment is processed.
