• At least 20% deposit of total cost must be deposit at our official bank to confirm the tour
• Free tour cancellation before one week otherwise deposit amount is not refunded. Flight ticket
cancellation charge is 10% of total flight ticket after confirmation the tour
• Deposit amount can’t be returned because of central bank policy but easily postpone for another tour
• This is just a mere quote, we are not holding any hotel rooms and flight tickets yet, given hotels and flights
are subject to availability at the time of actual booking.
• Single Supplementary charge will be US$ 50, US$ 75 and US$100 per day per person on city tour package
and US$150, US$200 and US$250 on trekking package for Tourist Standard, Deluxe and Super Deluxe
Accommodations respectively.
