Day 1. Arrival in Lakhanau airport or train station pickup , drive to Nepaljung 3hrs
drive, Transfer hotel or similar at diner time program briefing,

Day 2. Early morning flight to Simikot(45minute)/ shift to helicopter and continue fly to hilsa/ 15
minute drive Shera border to Taklakot ( 3900).
Day 3.Morning Drive 78 km. to Holy Lake Manasarovar (4500 M) and rest of day perform free for
spiritual activities such as the abode of god will be a lifetime - achievement. Pooja, Havana
worship, meditation, holy bath etc. Overnight stay Lodge at the shore of Lake Manasarovar.

Day 4. Manasorovar to Darchen 30km. (4560 m):- After breakfast drive an Hour Darchen the
base camp of Holy, Mt. Kailash. Rest of day free for acclimatization and preparing for
circuit ( Parikarma ).Over night at Himalayan Hotel.
Day 5.Darchen to Diraphuk 18km. Parikarma/Cora begins drive 10 km. cover to Tarboche(yam
dhwar) and trek up to walk approximately about 04/05 hour Diraphuk (4890m).Overnight
stays at Guest house. Meal plan (B/L/D).
Day 6. Trek to Zuthulphuk (4790m) 22km. walk approximately 08 / 10 hours - Parikarma
Continues, this is the day every pilgrims talks about, the most difficult journey through
out the trip, Trek up to Dolma La pass(5600m). We will offer very short prayers at
Dolmala and move towards Gaurikunda. They programmed in the same as usual,
Zuthulphuk overnight stay at Guest house. Meal plain (B/L/D).
Day 7. Zuthulphuk to Taklakot via Manasarovar Lake. After Breakfast, we will trek around 8
km. We will be reaching at the point, where our bus will be waiting to drive us to
Darchen, Parikarma ends. After Lunch we will drive to Taklakot via Manasoravar
parikarma (circuit). O/N Guest house Meal plain(B/L/D).

then same day connect flight back to Nepaljung overnight hotel. Meal plain (B/L/D).

CANCELLATION POLICY
It is our most important aim that you enjoy your holiday and that we earn your trust. However, we
are not responsible for any cancellation due to any industrial disputes, Technical failure of any type
of transport we use, loss of earnings, late arrivals or force majeure, or any items beyond our
control. Any time after booking, if you wish to cancel your trip, you must notify Global Connect
Hospitality in writing. Once we receive your notice, the cancellation will take effect subject to the
following:
• Cancellation takes place in before 101 days prior to your departure date, your 97% payment will be
refunded.
• Cancellation takes place between 100 days to 30 days prior to your departure date, your payment
will be refunded except the non-refundable deposit of INR 9999/USD 150.
• If Cancellation takes place between 29 days to 11 days prior to your departure date, your payment

OXYGEN CYLINDER
Our company will provide oxygen cylinder in an emergency. Usually, an oxygen cylinder is not
required. However, some pilgrims prefer to carry their own handy oxygen cylinders. You may buy a
small portable cylinder in Tibet. It may cost approx. Yuan 20-30 Per cylinder.
FOOD DURING YATRA
Our cooks will be traveling with you during the entire trip. Our Staff will carry all necessary cooking
items and will provide Indian vegetarian food during the Yatra.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
No, we do not have any age restrictions. If you are physically fit, you may travel but sometimes
Chinese Authorities do not permit people aged 70 or above. We insist everyone consult with their
doctor and must mention that you are going to high altitude. Many old-aged people traveled with us
and have successfully done the Parikrama.

IMPORTANT PRE-DEPARTURE INFORMATION
Clothing
Casual wear and comfortable walking shoes are recommended to travel to Tibet. Be sure to bring
warm clothing as nights and early mornings can be quite chilly to downright cold. Indian woman
Pilgrims are strictly advised not to wear Sari. Bring all the medicines, cosmetics, personal toilet
items, etc. that you need at home as these are difficult (if not impossible) to obtain on the way. A
small first aid kit is also a good idea. Also, quite useful to have a route map, to know where you are
going and have been each day.
What to take
Winter wear: Gore-Tex material though expensive is highly recommended to beat the chilling cold.
Also, carry down jacket, raincoat or windbreakers, thermal underwears, Jackets, warm trousers &
woolen shirts (cotton will also do), warm sweaters, woolen gloves, sun hat, sunglass, comfortable

shoes, light leather boots in case of snow, woolen balaclava (‘monkey cap’) & scarf/dust mask to
protect your eyes & nose from dust and cold.
Bring with you
Snacks along the way. Chocolates, dry fruit, toffees, glucose; ‘nankeen, etc. Strong water bottle &
water purifying tablets. Personal medical kit and Diamox tablet (for high altitude), Sunglasses (to
protect your eyes from UV, which is especially strong in high altitudes), sunblock or sunscreen
lotion, wet tissues (Fresh-ones are excellent to wipe off the dust), clothes-line/clips, needle &
thread, deo-spray (handy for smelly boots/feet and for a round of spray in the toilet tent!), toilet
paper, torch & spare batteries, daypack (small shoulder bag), Camera & films, Binocular.
Health
This is one of the toughest high-altitude road journeys on earth. You Must be physically fit – no two
ways about that. Generally, patients with asthma & heart problems have a problem acclimatizing to
high altitudes. In your interests, it is essential that you be examined by your doctor to know about
your health condition and your ability to cope up with the rigors of high altitude travel for days in ‘no
road’ conditions, extreme cold, dust, trekking to an altitude of 19500ft during the Parikrama, etc.
Altitude Sickness
As you are traveling over high terrain, you are likely to experience symptoms and discomfort of
altitude sickness (headache, loss of appetite, nausea, exhaustion, sleeplessness, breathlessness,
etc.) until your body adjusts to the elevation. This can take a couple of days or more depending on
an individual. For this reason alone, we have made it mandatory to stay 2 nights at Kerung before
moving on to the higher altitudes. Be calm, and do not exercise. Do not drink alcohol or smoke
prior to and during the tour. We also recommend you carry a strip of Diamox tablets. Do consult
your physician on the dosage. We provide a Gamow bag (a special equipment to prevent sickness
from high altitude) on this tour.

The unit of Chinese currency is Yuan. USD 1 = 6.00 Yuan. 1 Yuan = INR 10.00 approx, Money can
exchange at the Bank of China at Zhangmu or from the locals at Zhangmu or Kodari. Exchange all
your remaining Yuan at the end of the trip at Zhangmu itself before re-entering Nepal.
Risks & Liability
Therefore, the company and its counterpart shall not be responsible for any change and alteration
in the program due to unavoidable circumstances such as landslide, road blockage, flood, snow,
political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay arrival, delay issue of permit and visa, sickness or
