 Provide one stop quality Customer Service through Digital Channels: E-mail, Web- chat
and Social Network to ensure positive customer experience and deliver instant solution
and feedback, proactively aware/inform customers regarding GP’s product/service.
 Capture customer insights and escalate dependent issues/complaints/suggestions to
concerned end as well as follow- up critical issues and communicate with concern
stakeholders for solution and feedback.
 Serve customers with helping attitude and thus play a significant role in customer
satisfaction, retention and acquisition to enhance Grameenphone’s brand image.
 
2. Executive at International Call Centre, Universe IT Limited from May 2016 to June 2016.
3. Part time Management Trainee officer at Probashi Palli Group Banani, Dhaka, from 2012 to
2013.
Duties:
Managing and maintaining database of potential clients.
Selling company services via telephone and online.
