9:00 - 9:15am : Gather, Breakfast
9:15 - 9:30 : Intro & Self-Assessment: How Mindful Are You?
Discussion on current challenges faced by the participants which gives some
context and a reference point for the day.
9:30 - 9:50: Mindfulness Session
Presented in a TED Talk-style format, this session covers what mindfulness is,
how and why it works, including the latest findings in scientific research.
9:50 - 10:00: Guided Meditation
Now it’s time to practice what it’s like to meditate, instantly
reducing stress and increasing a sensation of calm and inner peace. This is
designed for beginners or advanced meditators of any background.
10:00 - 10:30: Interactive Discussion & Mindfulness Toolkit
Participants discuss (or write down) what they noticed during the meditation.
During this segment, participants receive a Mindfulness Toolkit that includes
quick, simple and practical mindfulness tools and techniques specifically
designed for the workplace.
10:30 - 10:55: Design Your Mindfulness Action Plan, Q&A
Participants design a personal Mindfulness Action Plan based on the toolkit so
they know exactly what to do to in order to maintain their mindfulness
practice.

2. 10:55 - 11:00: Closing Meditation
A final guided meditation for participants to centre, ground and set an
intention for their mindfulness practice. This conclusion allows participants to
move forward in their day and week ahead with clarity and inner peace.
11:00 onward: 20-Minute “Express” Wellness Coaching Sessions
I am available on-site for private coaching sessions. After one 20-minute
session, each participant will walk away with at least one specific, personalised
wellness strategy that they can implement right away.
**Programs/Interventions are customised/designed according to a detailed study of
organisational needs and preferences based on the ADDIE model.
