 Chose large NR&DE programs who had deep AWS expertise as early adopters.
Developed and vetted standardized cloud brokerage and onboarding processes with
early adopters to receive constructive feedback on what would work.
 Used AWS GovCloud region IL4/5 compliant services to meet security and
compliance requirements of NR&DE workloads.
 NR&DE Cloud Portal based on ServiceNow, hosted on AWS to meet security and
compliance requirements. Portal capabilities support current needs - service center,
services catalog and billing/cost management capabilities (integration with
CloudCheckr) as well as future self-provisioning capabilities.

 Emphasis and focus on providing transparency of cloud cost
management and billing across all NR&DE accounts and programs.
 Provide ubiquitous access (DaaS) and variety of services and
solutions (DevSecOps pipeline – C2C24) to promote rapid adoption
of the cloud across SSC PAC.
 Fail fast, keep it simple and agile/iterative methodology applied
towards implementation of NR&DE Cloud Brokerage, account
provisioning, security, etc.
