You will find ‘Duplicate
Category’ button when editing a
Category: Catalog > Manage Categories. Click it, if you would
like to duplicate the category.

At the duplication page you can choose parent category for the duplicate.
Also you can choose whether the duplicate category should inherit subcategories and product relations from the original category.

You can make replacements in the following fields of the duplicate category: name, description, meta keywords, meta description. Words from ‘Search For’ fields will be replaced with content from ‘Replace With’ field. If you don’t need to make any replacements, please leave these fields empty.
