Motorcycle/Sedan Orders
1. Small and Light Items
- Motorcycle Order (Avail for Bike, Sedan & Van Partners):
- Documents and/or one small package of shoe box size under 5kg.
- Sedan Order (Avail for Sedan & Van Partners):
- Documents and/or small items, max dimension of 70cm x 50cm x 50cm
- (Relative estimation to the total sizing of 2 shoeboxes). Not exceeding 20 kg in total.
2. Door-to-Door Service at No Additional Cost
3. All goods to be delivered immediately upon picking up from the sender (Service time: Within 1 hr)

Van / Lorry Orders (Big & Bulky Items)
1. Additional manpower charges are applicable for door-to-door service
- Manpower = Door to Door Service
- Manpower pricing can be found in the app > FAQ > Guide > How much can i earn per order
2. To provide the following services at No Additional Cost:
- Assist loading and unloading at all times
- Trolley upon request
- Client can opt to ride along with goods (1 front passenger)
3. Van/Lorry 10 = 1.5 hour of service time
Lorry 14/Lorry 24 = 2.5 hour of service time

17. Pick Up Flow
Check whether you are “Online”
If you are “offline”, no order will be shown in the app
* Verified drivers get 5 order caps (Active Order):
Limit to 1 ASAP (Red), 4 Advanced (Blue/Green)
* After completion of every order:
● Driver Rating Program
- Client will rate your service from 1 - 5
- Rewards and Recognition will be given to the top
service drivers (5 star)
⚠ Late/Bad Attitude/Negative reported cases will result into
reduced of order caps/termination subjective to investigation.

Pick Up date & time of :
● RED = ASAP Orders (Pick-up Now)
(Order will be assigned to the nearest driver)
● BLUE = Today’s Booking
● GREEN = Booking Orders (Advance Order)

21. Pick Up Flow
How to pick up order
For all ASAP orders, there is a grace period for
you to confirm order details (does not apply to
advanced orders)
During grace period (Countdown timer bar),
1. Order is reserved. Other drivers will not
be able to pick it
2. Drop Order = Order revert to the main
pool for another driver to pick up
After grace period, the order will be confirmed
automatically, you may select “Begin Driving”
to start the order.

22. Pick Up Flow
After you have been assigned to an order
1. Contact (call/in-app msg) the customers within 5
mins after accepting the order. If there’s no reply
after 2 attempts, do not proceed to pick up but
contact our customer service for cancellation.
2. Check with the customer on the date/time, item(s)
details e.g. length, weight and unit number for door
to door or any special request.
3. Confirm your ETA and Van/Lorry driver to quote on
extra requirements charges like No lift landing,
Wrapping, Assemble/Dismantle fee (if any) before
pick up.

24. Pick Up Flow
All partners strictly to tap ‘Begin Drive’ & ‘Arrive’
when arrived at the respective Pick-up/Drop Off
Points
1. Press ”Almost arrive” to notify customer when
you are near to the pick-up point.
2. Once you have clicked on the “Arrive pick-up
point” button, a timestamp will be set to prove
your arrival.
3. Press “Arrive drop-off point” when you have
arrived at the destination.

1. To complete the order, press “Confirm price to
complete order”. Price break down will be shown.
2. Select “Complete order” if the price is correctly
shown.

35. How to Release/Cancel Order
Release Cancel
● Release = Release job to another driver
(Client still need the service)
1. Inform customer first before releasing any order
(Unable to fulfil customer requirement)
2. State reason and press ‘Release’ button in the
app
● Max 2 of release allow per order
(Contact CS if you are unable to release order)
● Driver release rate will be monitored
Cancel only when:
1. Customer instructs you to do so
2. Not able to contact customer (Prank)
3. Please assist customer to cancel order by
calling CS/Live chat
● It is compulsory to inform all cancelled orders
via CS or Live Chat

Why is there a need to first top up your wallet?
(Please note that this is not a deposit payment)
● To accommodate the deduction of commission for both Cash/Cashless Orders
● When successfully matched to a Cash/Cashless order,
- the commission will be deducted first from the wallet
- If there is insufficient credits in your wallet for the commission fee, you will not be able to
pick up the order
● You can easily top up your wallet via:

● Credits in your wallet can be withdraw at anytime. It will take 3 business days to credit into
your registered bank account
