AND CONFERENCE
The Program will be conducted by international and
national simulation experts. By the end of the course,
participants can learn to be a facilitator of simulation
based education in their day to day practice as well
as in their institutions and contribute towards
enhanced learning in a risk free environment and
hence quality care to patients. All participants will be
mentored by senior faculty and will have the
opportunity to maintain skills as facilitators or
trainers by becoming faculty for the workshops
organised by PediSTARS India locally and nationally.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
l Principles of adult learning
l Application of adult learning principles in
simulated environment
l Technical and non-technical know-how of
designing simulation scenarios

bolts, preparations and pitfalls
l Debriefing- the essence of simulation based
education
TARGET PARTICIPANTS
l Healthcare professionals who are interested in
Simulation Based Learning and keen to become
a Trainer
l Pediatricians, Neonatologists, Physicians,
Emergency care doctors, Intensivist, Ped.
