20. Plasma sterilizer full name hydrogen peroxide low-temperature
plasma sterilizer, sterilization equipment in hospital
disinfection supply room, disinfection of kitchen utensils and
appliances in restaurants, widely used in daily life. Hydrogen
peroxide low temperature plasma sterilizer USES hydrogen
peroxide (H2O2) as sterilizer. At low temperature, plasma is
generated by high-frequency electric field, in which the active
