Collaborates and supports primary care givers in creating individualized intervention plans by embedding evidence
based practices to promote overall development of pre-academic skills in the areas of gross motor, fine motor, social-
emotional, social communication, cognitive, and adaptive within daily routines
Collaborates with members of the transdisciplinary team including Occupational Therapists,Physical Therapists,
