Benefits
The computerized system can make the work of the
Principal’s Office easier and faster when it comes to
checking, storing and retrieving of data. Manual process takes
several minutes to retrieve such files from the filing
cabinet. This proposed system only takes an amount of time to
retrieve data are needed in transaction and the files and
records will last as long as the system is running.
System Operation
In the system operation of the designed of enrollment
system of Our Lady of Fatima Academy, the user should be well
acquainted well informed with the details and techniques on
how to operate the program. The researchers have come up to a
program to analyze the entire problems about the current
system; they designed to develop a proposed system using
Visual Basic 6.0 as software.
If the system is running, the create system starts on the
log-in form where the user enters his/her personal password
that would serve as security for the entire privacy. He/she
then clicks the okay button. If he/she enters a wrong password

or username, the message will display on the screen testing
the user that he/she entered is not authorized. If otherwise,
main menu will display which consists of different options to
select. It includes Student Information/Enrollment Process,
List of Enrollees and Settings for changing passwords.
A. Main Menu
This window consists of six-sub menus, which include
student information, list of entrance exam, search for student
information, enrollment process, change password and home
system.
1. List of Enrollees
Window allows the user to enter the list of those who
take entrance exam.
2. Students Information/Enrollment
Student Information this window allows the users to enter
and search data including student’s profile by searching the
last name of the student’s. Enrollment window allows the user
to encodes all the students’ personal data in the computer
including the list of student who takeentrance exam, personal
profile, list of students who enrolling.
